- Proxy Hour Equivalent/Criteria for Awarding Proxy Hours: Clocktime, as per timeout setting provided by publisher; multiply the amount of clocktime recorded by 1.25, to account for teacher coordination with learner, and round to nearest quarter hour. The writing and study skills sections have not yet been approved, pending further data.

- Criteria for awarding time: Teacher verification of student work is required (teachers need to run and review gradebook reports and adjust any time exceeding the allowed maximum; teachers should also review time 'on-task,' to insure that each student actually made an honest attempt to master the subject).
