More Ways to Give
A planned gift to the Literacy Minnesota ensures that literacy learners will get the tools to be self-sufficient and productive members of their families and communities. Anyone with a commitment to the well-being of their community – both now and in years to come – can make a planned gift, and create a legacy of an educated and connected community. To learn more about how to make planned gift, please visit our planned giving page, or make a confidential call or send an email to Sarah Caflisch, Gift Officer, 651-251-9087 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The transfer of stock is an excellent way to support Literacy Minnesota’s mission and services, while also obtaining potential tax benefits. If you are interested in this option, please email our development director Susan Godon at email@example.com or call 651-251-9092.
You can initiate a grant recommendation from your Donor Advised Fund (DAF). Please use our legal name and tax ID: Literacy Minnesota, Tax ID: 23-7217182. Transferring funds from an IRA to the Literacy Minnesota is an effective way of creating a legacy of education and empowerment. If you are 70 ½ or older, you can distribute funds from your IRA directly to the literacy council, which reduces your taxable income. Download a sample letter for your IRA administrator.
If you have a monthly recurring gift and need to update your payment information or gift amount, please contact Linda: firstname.lastname@example.org of 651-251-9075.
