Join us on Thursday, October 12 at the Minnesota History Center for our annual celebration of adult literacy!

Literacy Minnesota's Awards Ceremony and Journeys Readings event is held annually with the adult literacy community in Minnesota. The event includes an awards ceremony at which adult literacy students, volunteers and community partners receive awards recognizing their outstanding achievements.

It also includes readings by adult literacy students who read their original stories and poems, many of which are featured in Journeys: An Anthology of Adult Student Writing.

This year is our second year back to celebrate in person for this event! 

When: 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2023

Where: Minnesota History Center, 345 West Kellogg Boulevard, Saint Paul, MN 55102

Please note that Minnesota History Center exhibitions will be open for viewing the evening of the event.

A light reception will follow the readings.
