Sophie comes to Literacy Minnesota after working for Cornerstone Advocacy Services as their hotline trainer and network specialist. Before that she worked as a resources advocate for Women’s Advocates, Inc. and graduated from from St. Paul College with an Associate’s degree in Human Resource Management. Sophie is currently the manager of Literacy Minnesota's Journeys: An Anthology of Adult Student Writing, and oversees submissions, the editing team and the annual Journeys reading event. She love cooking, trying new activities and enjoying time with friends.
