View this session for an overview of immigration law and other laws that affect immigrant integration and education. The webinar can help those who attend understand the challenges and opportunities immigrants have to access adult foundational education and other immigrant services. Immigrant and refugee advocates are encouraged to attend.

Presenter: Mary Joan Reutter, Esquire

Ms. Reutter has a Master's in Linguistics/ESL and a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati. She has been involved with immigration law, with an emphasis on refugee and citizenship law. She served for several years as a moderator of the VAWA Forum of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is a member of the Open Door Collective and its Immigrant and Refugee Education and Integration Issues Group.
