The TechPak initiative, a partnership with Ramsey County, Saint Paul Public Library and Tech Dump/Tech Discounts, provides computers, internet access and digital skills training to residents who have experienced economic impacts due to COVID-19. Our trained Digital Navigators help distribute and get clients going with their new technology (in the client’s native language when possible—see our translated user guides). They then guide clients through the Northstar Digital Literacy Assessments and help them access digital literacy trainings such as Basic Computer Skills, Internet Basics, Using Email and more.
