Stevie Lewis

Stevie works on the National Service team to coordinate recruitment and communications for Literacy Minnesota's AmeriCorps VISTA programs: Literacy Leadership and Summer Reads. They are passionate about national service as a tool for equity in our communities and spent five years serving with AmeriCorps. In 2021, Stevie was selected for the AmeriCorps Alums Segal Leadership Award through Service Year Alliance and is a lifelong Segal Leadership Program fellow. Stevie is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at St. Catherine University, where they earned a B.A. with honors. Their studies emphasize social justice and service to others. Stevie lives outside the Twin Cities with their family and cats, Lawrence and Gus. They are an artist, writer and Leo.
