Rita is a strategy and analytics manager at Amplifon with a bachelor's degree in economics and a MBA from the University of Minnesota. During graduate school, Rita served as the President of Carlson Women's Network, an organization focused on women's professional development and advancement. Having gone through the immigration process, she has a profound understanding and respect for the challenges faced by new immigrants. In her free time Rita enjoys taking her goldendoodle on walks, great books and cinema, and cooking.
