Bio:
I am someone who appreciates and loves to empower others. In my spare time, I typically love to write programs for other Geologists, and for myself. I am really interested in studying rocks and rock formation.

Project description:
As one of two VISTA Leaders, Matthew's role is to provide peer mentoring and support to Literacy Minnesota's national AmeriCorps VISTA Literacy Leadership program's Digital Literacy track (about 15 yearlong VISTA members).

VISTA Leaders are the first point of contact for AmeriCorps VISTA national service members serving with our agency. In this role, they plan member trainings, manage communications, provide advice and support to members, and assist with new member recruitment. VISTA Leaders must have completed at least one year of full-time national service before becoming a VISTA Leader.
