Caitlin Bayermann is currently a Senior People Business Partner at Slalom, a global consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation. Caitlin partners with leaders to develop and deliver talent management strategies. Her HR experience includes employee engagement and retention; diversity, equity, and inclusion; learning & development; employee relations; leadership development and coaching; change management; and performance management. Caitlin holds a master’s in HR from the Carlson School of Management and a bachelor’s in psychological science from Gustavus Adolphus College. Caitlin loves to travel, read, bake, and explore the great outdoors by foot, bike, and paddle.
