Andrea Brobbey is currently a Senior Segment Strategy Manager at Target within the DEI, Talent and Change organization. In her current role, Andrea develops enterprise wide strategies, establish goals, KPIs, accountabilities, and routines that directly impact Target Team Members across the country in Stores, Distribution Centers and at Head Quarters in Minneapolis. In her work she identifies equity gaps by segment and provides strategic recommendations to partners across the enterprise (Corporate Responsibility, HR, Talent Acquisition, Government Affairs, Talent Management, and many more), while also managing segment specific external partnerships, budget and corporate investment. Andrea also is currently the Enterprise Co-Lead of the Team Member Pillar of Target's Enterprise Key Initiative, Racial Equity Action and Change (REACH) Committee. Prior to joining Target, Andrea gained valuable sales, category management, project management and logistics experience in the Consumer Product Goods industry working with multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Andrea is a motivated & highly curious leader seeking to contribute to the mission of Literacy Minnesota by utilizing her business acumen, client & stakeholder centric approach, agility, strategic vision and project management skills to help the organization achieve its mission. The ability to serve on the Board of Literacy Minnesota allows Andrea to live out her purpose: To help everyone to overcome barriers by creating remarkable environments and experiences.
Andrea holds a BS in Human Resource Management from Northern Kentucky University. She loves spending time with her husband, daughter, extended family and friends. Andrea enjoys and is grateful for the privilege to be able to travel and experience other cultures. She also loves cooking and entertaining.
