Karin Goettsch


Karin Goettsch is an independent consultant, facilitator and coach, drawing on 20 years of experience in HR talent development at many global organizations. She also serves as adjunct faculty at Concordia University St. Paul and the University of Minnesota and is invited to speak at national and international conferences. Her work focuses on strategic organizational and leadership development, collaboration on global virtual teams, effective communication, and cultural and emotional intelligence. Karin holds a Ph.D. in Professional Communication and an M.A. in Teaching ESL, both from the University of Minnesota. She has a B.A. in French and Economics from St. Olaf College. Karin fondly remembers receiving tutor training at Literacy Minnesota. She believes education and literacy are critical pathways to greater success for individuals and our communities and she is pleased to support the mission and vision of Literacy Minnesota by serving on its board. Karin lives with her husband in St. Paul and enjoys reading and traveling.
